We want you to be happy with HireBest. This policy explains when refunds are available.
1. One-time plans (Basic, Advanced, Custom Integrated)
- Before work starts: full refund within 7 days of payment, no questions asked.
- After work has started: a partial refund equal to the unused portion of the engagement, less reasonable costs already incurred (design, integrations, third-party fees).
- After delivery and acceptance: non-refundable, since the build has been handed over.
2. Monthly Retainer
- You can cancel anytime — your retainer remains active until the end of the current billing month.
- We do not pro-rate partial months.
- If a month was billed but no support was used due to our fault (e.g. extended outage), contact us for a credit or refund.
3. Non-refundable items
- Third-party fees we paid on your behalf (domains, ATS API access, hosting top-ups).
- Custom work that has already been delivered and accepted.
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after payment.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@hireloop.app from the email address on your account with:
- Order or invoice reference
- Reason for the refund
- Preferred refund method (original payment method or bank transfer)
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — we'll almost always resolve it faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of payment.
